Standard (free)

The amount of any loss or damage for The Company may be liable shall not exceed $0.60 (60 cents) per pound per article computed on the total estimated weight of moving or storage cargo (ex. if damage or loss occurs to an item estimated weight 20lb the liability coverage would be $0.60 x 20lb = $12.00.

Full Value Protection (FVP) Policy

Covers lost, damaged, or destroyed items during your move by offering repairs, replacements, or cash settlements. It costs $10 per $100 of declared value, with deductible options available for discounts. Claims must be submitted within 7 days with proof of value and will be resolved within 30 days. FVP excludes high-value items over $1,000 unless listed, cash, jewelry, and damage to client-packed items unless external damage is noted.

We provide standard packing equipment with no charge during the move and are collected at the end of the day of moving. If you require to keep moving blankets, wardrobe boxes or other equipment for a longer period of time there is an option to rent or buy it.
